Located in the town of Assignan, our vines are cultivated at an altitude of 300m on clay-limestone soils, benefitting from a Mediterranean climate and a slight altitude, giveing them an acidity suitable for aging wines. Winegrowers, respectful of tradition, are also aware of the need to preserve our heritage and biodiversity. Our vines are our pride. Harvesting by hand allows us to select the best grapes to make exceptional wines.
